30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

- In their original condition — unworn, unused, and unwashed
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please email us at sales@benbenllc.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every item before it leaves our hands, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — please reach out to us right away at sales@benbenllc.com. Include your order number and a brief description or photo of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or item? The quickest way to get what you need is to place a new order and return the original item for a refund once it’s approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded automatically.
